Module 1: Customer Discovery: An Iterative Process
The key to a successful startup is solving problems that matter for a large group of people who are willing to pay for your solution. Laying the foundation for an impactful solution starts here.
Building on trusted frameworks like jobs-to-be-done to sketch the first version of a compelling solution through a creative process and structured guidance.
Learn how to conduct simple tests that can help confirm your solution is the right one, before spending the time and money to actually build it.
The ultimate validation is revenue. Build and ship the first version of your product to find your first paid customer, and start walking the path to “product-market fit.”
Module 2: Storytelling
Defining why storytelling is important and why it’s relevant to your startup’s success.
Building a story is easy when you have the frameworks. In this episode, we describe what those frameworks are and why they are important.
Applying the storytelling frameworks from the last episode, let’s build out your startup’s story and adjust it depending on the audience you’re speaking to.
Module 3: Branding
What is a brand and why is it important to your business.
Armed with why branding is important, this episode digs into how to build successful brands through brand strategy.
With your brand strategy in place, you can now begin to think about and design your brand’s identity.
