Startups with potential solutions should apply to participate in the challenge. The possible results include an accelerated proof of concept and a paid pilot and/or commercial agreement with Comcast NBCUniversal.

- Enterprise Experience: Startup has Global 2000 companies as customers, or has executed pilots and/or POCs with them; implemented on production data; has ability to support an enterprise customer, ideally at scale
